OLS - Peace Time

Greetings!

Today, I'm sharing a card for One Layer Simplicity 31 challenge - Back in Time.  It's back to the 60's ... I stamped a clock face masking the middle to leave space to stamp the peace symbol.  Then, I stamped a few flowers and hearts. The coloring was done with neon pink and orange Sharpie markers. For sparkle gem stones were added to the middle of the flowers. Using Sharpies and Micron markers the bottom border was created by hand by drawing three lines in pink, orange and black.  The bottom part of the border was hand scribbled to match the design of the peace symbol.

Hope you're having a fun day.

Marilyn

  1. One layer. A CAS one layer. It's fantastic how you've got so many interesting elements and yet it has such a CAS look. The colors are pretty spot-on for the 60s...don't ask me how I know, lol! Your hand drawn border and lines are amazing; I have tried and tossed soooo many cards, but yours is perfect! Love the peace sign and those little flowers and heart, too. What a fun card! Bev
